World Hunger

      Have you ever heard of world hunger?Well if you have here is some more information and if you haven't get ready to learn A LOT. 20,000 kids die each day. Every 5 seconds a child dies from hunger. Just $109.50 can feed 30 hungry children for a month.

      Asia and the Pacific Islands have the most hunger which is 57.8% of the population. Some diseases in Africa are bilharzia,and schistomiaisit. These are very dangerous affects, which is caused by not eating. Another disease is guinea worm disease which is caused by drinking dirty water.The hot climate in Africa causes bad growing conditions.
       The place with the lowest starvation is East and North America which is 37%; Latin America and the Caribbean are also 37%. Africa gets 3-7.5 inches of rain each year which is not enough to grow crops. Some people have to eat mud cookies to survive. 17 million children are born under weight.
